About the Studio

Founded by Natalie Dubrovska in 2018, Dubrovska Studio is a design practice working across interiors, spatial design, collectible objects and installations. The work draws on landscape and domestic ritual, returning to forms rooted in collective memory and inherited tradition, and altering them through distortion and exaggeration.

Originally established as an interior design practice, the studio expanded into object making in 2024, introducing tableware, lighting and sculptural works alongside its spatial projects. This evolution brought experimentation and making into the core of the practice, with objects developed hands-on in the studio and in close collaboration with local craftspeople and small-scale manufacturers.

Natalie Dubrovska is a Ukrainian designer and artist. She holds an MA in Design Products from the Royal College of Art in London and previously studied Interior Design at the National Aviation University in Kyiv. Her practice moves between interiors, objects and installations, balancing precision with improvisation. Drawing from domestic rituals, natural forms and an attraction to the ornamental and excessive, she creates spaces and objects where familiar forms are often distorted or pushed slightly out of balance. Flowers, roots and other recognisable forms recur throughout her work, moving between the functional, decorative and symbolic.
